These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aladin9 ("aladin9", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the aladin9 online gaming platform, accessible at https://aladin9.cam, including all associated games, features, promotions, payment facilities, and support services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by aladin9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all players accessing aladin9 from Malaysia, including but not limited to those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other regions within Malaysia. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the registration process on the aladin9 platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or reward granted by aladin9 to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements and terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds from a Player into their aladin9 Account via an approved payment method.
• "Games" means all casino games, slot machines, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, esports betting markets, and any other wagering products made available on the aladin9 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by aladin9 before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Platform" means the aladin9 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated software or services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be turned over in eligible Games before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real money funds from a Player's Account to the Player's verified payment method.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all transactions on aladin9 are denominated for Malaysian players.

To register and maintain an Account on aladin9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. aladin9 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with internationally recognised standards for online casino and sports betting operations.
• You are registering and playing as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended Account on the aladin9 platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of aladin9 or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from aladin9.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are not acting under coercion or for purposes other than personal entertainment.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes. aladin9 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the provision of inaccurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been carried out by you, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have reported a security breach to aladin9 support in writing without undue delay.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, aladin9 requires completion of KYC verification. Accepted identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport. Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and a selfie holding the identity document may also be required. Verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours from the time of document submission.

Registering or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, aladin9 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any Bonus balances. Real money deposits less any withdrawn amounts may be refunded at aladin9's discretion.

aladin9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now), and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian banks including Maybank and CIMB. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The minimum deposit is RM30 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for FPX bank transfers. Minimum withdrawal amounts are RM50. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily/weekly cumulative caps vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. aladin9 reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time.

Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Direct bank transfers may take 15 to 60 minutes. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals.

Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against aladin9 without prior dispute resolution contact will result in immediate Account suspension and may be referred for further investigation.

aladin9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in MYR to the Player's Account upon satisfaction of qualifying conditions (e.g., minimum deposit amount, use of a specific payment method, or opt-in confirmation).
• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement of between 20x and 30x the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated on the promotion page before a Player opts in.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Only the portion of the balance that remains after meeting turnover conditions is eligible for withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• aladin9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes through the Platform or by email.
• Bonuses are intended for personal player use only. Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated systems will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account suspension.
• Birthday bonuses are issued based on the date of birth provided at registration and verified through KYC. The bonus tier applicable is determined by the Player's VIP tier at the time of the birthday week.
• Refer-a-Friend bonuses are credited upon the referred player completing a qualifying first deposit. There is no cap on the number of referrals. Referral rewards are void if the referred player fails to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration.

All games available on the aladin9 Platform are supplied by certified third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games, or by live human dealers for live casino products. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are sourced from the game provider and are available for review on the relevant game information page.

Sports betting markets include Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and others. Esports betting covers Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, Valorant, and other titles. All bets are subject to the sports betting rules applicable to the relevant market, which are displayed within the betting interface. aladin9 reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest errors in odds, system errors, or other circumstances specified in the applicable sports betting rules.

aladin9 reserves the right to void or recalculate any bet placed where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account. Where winnings have already been credited based on an erroneous outcome, aladin9 reserves the right to reclaim such winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aladin9 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including falsified identity documents during KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to exploit promotional offers, game mechanics, or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform's favour, whether or not you report the issue to aladin9.
• Using third-party funds or payment methods not registered in your own name to fund your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward aladin9 staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology where doing so is intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.

aladin9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should not be used as a means of generating income, and it carries inherent financial risk. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account dashboard. Reductions take immediate effect. Increases are subject to a minimum 7-day cooling-off period before they activate.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Check Reports: Full play history, win/loss summaries, and deposit totals are accessible from the Account dashboard at all times.

All content on the aladin9 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, page layouts, and user interface designs, is the proprietary property of aladin9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of aladin9.

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas you submit to aladin9 may be used by aladin9 freely and without obligation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aladin9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if aladin9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aladin9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

aladin9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of real money deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aladin9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account and withhold associated funds, pending investigation, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy of aladin9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the Player or their financial institution without prior dispute resolution contact with aladin9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate Account activity.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the age or eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement obliging aladin9 to do so.

Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting aladin9 support. Any outstanding real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's last verified payment method, subject to KYC completion, after resolution of any open bets or pending transactions.

aladin9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, aladin9 will provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or for security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the effective date.

The version of these Terms in effect at any given time is the version dated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. Previous versions are available on request.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the aladin9 Platform, you are encouraged to contact our Customer Support team in the first instance, providing full details of the issue including your Account username, relevant transaction IDs, dates, and a clear description of the concern.

aladin9 will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 2 business days and will endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. For complex disputes, a resolution may take up to 30 business days; you will be informed of the extended timeline if applicable.

aladin9's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, except where you demonstrate a manifest error or procedural irregularity. These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aladin9 holds its operating licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the internal complaints process.
